Park Rules General RulesReservation Payment ScheduleCabin Cancellations Policy RV Site Cancellations Policy General Rules Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Dogs must be on leashes. Be respectful of other guests and place trash in the dumpster. Reservation Payment Schedule Half of the reservation fee is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged automatically. All prepayments are non-refundable. If full payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Cabin Cancellations Policy All reservation payments are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your stay, we offer a one-time courtesy reschedule within the current calendar year, subject to availability. Rescheduling into a future calendar year is not permitted. RV Site Cancellations Policy Reservations cancelled 30+ days prior to arrival: $25 cancellation fee Reservations cancelled 15–29 days prior: 50% cancellation fee Reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior: no refund No-shows or same-day cancellations: no refund
